So thats a really great question I want to attempt to answer which won't be helpful at all. Ed Sheehan published his new single "Castle on the hill" and I fell so in love with this song. The lyrics just hit right in the feels. I turned 25 in September and can relate to all of this. We were all younger once. And we dreamt and we lived so intense (at least I wish you did, because man I did).

【Fifteen years old and smoking hand rolled cigarettes

Running from the law through the backfields and getting drunk with my friends

Had my first kiss on a Friday night, I don’t reckon I did it right

Who cannot remember these years? 10 years ago already? I remember it so vividly having a "sleep over" at my friends house, leaving at night waiting for the bus and hoping not to get caught by the police because we were clearly too young to be outside at 1 am! We felt so cool back then. We were about to go to a classmates house, he threw a party and cool people were invited. Actually they were just older and we thought they were cool.

My friend drank too much and it was my first time holding someones hair back while she empties her stomach from all the alcohol she had. It was a really strange and intense night. We couldn't sleep there, we had to go back to her parents house at 5 in the morning and I can tell you we looked rough. But we felt so big back then, like if we achieved something and what not.

I don't want to miss these moments and would never want to change anything. In the end I turned out pretty good and responsible I guess. Everyone goes through phases. Some more rebellious than others and thats okay.

I actually told my parents a few months ago about this incident and well, they laughed but good Lord they would have killed me back then. I kind of wish my kids will experience this in their teenage years because I remember how happy and careless I was, I learned about boundaries. But on the other hand I would kill them too if I ever find out.

So the main question was whats left when you stop dreaming right? There is no big difference if you dream or not. Its just that people who dream have way more faith, way more happiness. Think big! The world is waiting for your turn!

The last few months were rough and negative on Germany. Terrorism is getting more and more present. But that's not stopping me from traveling! The sign on the crocheted traffic light says: HUMAN RIGHTS over RIGHT HUMANS.

What could be more wonderful than spending quality time with your partner and collecting memories? My christmas gift was a total succes! I couldn't wish for more.

Berlin was so wonderful to us, it was sunny and positive. People live totally along the lines of "don't worry be happy". The vibe at the Pariser Platz (Paris Place) at the Brandenburg Gate was very positive but calm. People would meditate and pray for the victims and the offender of the attack before Christmas.

I definitely learned that not every city or place could give me a feeling of being home. Not right away at least to be fair. Although I always daydreamed about living in Berlin I went home with a strange feeling inside. Maybe it was the fact that the time was little and I could not let myself in to it.
On the one hand I think "I want a big city life", because well my hometown is not big at all. On the other hand I felt so endlessly good in NY. It was somehow different. I got the feeling. Same in Paris. If I could speak french, I would move instantly!

I want to travel so bad this year, at least one more time! Hopefully on a little trip to Brighton/UK. I'm so excited already! The sea, the beach, the salt-breeze! These lovely houses and cute cafes, the original Fish 'n Chips!
I want to travel as a hobby. Not only as vacation! And not alone ofcourse, cause what's more wonderful than sharing these moments with your loved one?

Now back to Berlin! Isn't this the subject today?
One thing you should never lose is the photo opportunity. Wait till the crowd left and capture the moment!
I am so proud of this picture.. look at that tension! Years of fitness pays off I guess!

Was wäre euer nächstes Reiseziel? 😊

What's your next destination? Do you have a hint for me? What should I see next?
I would love some suggestions! 😊

Nun ja, was macht man jetzt dagegen?

What makes you a free human being? Ever thought about it?

I am at a point in my life where I don't really know how to figure out my future. And money is actually a big part of it. Money makes people free. Free of worries, free of monetary debts, free of dependency.

When you have to fight through life at 25, count every penny, not having an own place because College is freaking expensive... It may or may not happen that you'll lost your mind for a second.

What do you do against it? Find another, a second job? Would be appropriate.

I'm in this internship for four months now, gain money. Not much, not even close to much of course. But I'm pretty happy for getting anything at all. Working there is not hard, no heavy bodywork but it takes a lot of time. A lot of free-time.

I wake up in the morning, alarm goes of at 8 am, train ride to work 9 am, 10 am work, work off at 6.30 pm, train ride home at 6.55 pm, 7.30 at home. You got to sit down, talk to your parents or not and take a shower. 8.30 pm dinner. In bed at 9.15, open my laptop, watch some YouTube, logging in to Instagram, read some Tweets and maybe write a Happy Birthday on someones Facebook. The day is gone.

I just can not imagine my life like this. Yes, 'its just an internship', but it prepares you for the real life after College. And I've got to know some other jobs where you actually don't have to work through your whole day. Maybe my wishful thinking about life is not in the cards right now but I will try my best to achieve at least a bit of it.

What makes you a free human? Think about it and if you want to, tell me in the comment-section below!

Also ganz klar!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So people have asked me what my Blog will be about. Thats a pretty good question which I will explain it in greater detail in the following text. The answer is actually obvious! I mean it is clear! I do not know!

I was thinking about the exact same question  for years but I never came to a conclusion. Don't get me wrong, I love writing. I could sit and write all day long. Especially since I got that super duper mega cool Laptop of mine (MacBook Air, no I am not bragging, I just love him like he's my baby).

A few years ago, I think it was like 8 (?), I found this really cool Website. Tumblr was my vent to express my awkward and weird years becoming an young adult/adult. It is still a part of my expression. So I met this girl online from Venezuela. We had the same interests. Cute boys, Gossip Girl, New York, traveling and beauty. Well life came in the way (can you say that, is that proper englisch??lol) and we lost contact. I think a lot of people experience that also in real life. But thank God there are other social networks like Instagram and thanks to technology we are now exchanging "likes" and "comments".

You can see, this text hasn't got much structure yet. It is still all over the place but I am sure it will get his shape in no time. Well, although I think nebulous and chaotic is pretty much me, too.

xx Happy

over and out.

Hallo Welt.

Money Money Money

Hello world. I thought I'd share my thoughts with you!
While I was sitting at my desk, totally stressed out about these exams and suffering from existential anxiety, the reality catched up on me. From the first of October I am going to pay my Health insurance all by myself. 90,99€ a month! This is a lot of money for someone who already pays an entire assets for a study. Turning 25 is so fun but so bloody expensive, too. Having friends who tell you about their monthly expenditure sounds far cry from yourself but I tell you what: Its not! It's not and reality won't let you wait too long to face her in your childrens room. I say her because she's a bitch, just like Karma but thats another story!

xx Happy

over and out.
