Ohje, das ging jetzt aber schnell! Das halbe Jahr Praktikum bei RTL Explosiv💥 ist wie im Flug vergangen und irgendwie vermisse ich meine Kollegen jetzt schon (wie schnulzig bin ich eigentlich). Glücklicherweise habe ich einen Studenten-Job bei Prominent (VOX) und da die Redaktion um die Ecke von Explosiv ist, werde ich auch ab und zu bei denen vorbeischauen. Die werden mich wohl niemals los 😝.

Alright, that was quick! Six months Internship at RTL Explosiv went by so fast and somehow I already miss my colleague (why am I so cheesy). Fortunately I'll start as a work student at Prominent (VOX) and since the Explosiv office is just around the corner I'll come around and visit them sometimes. They will never get rid of me I guess 😝. 

Ich habe in diesen sechs Monaten vollzeit Arbeiten doch schon ganz viel dazugelernt. Die Erkenntnis kommt dann bestimmt in ein paar Wochen, mir fällt gerade nichts ein, vielleicht liegt es auch daran, dass es schon so spät ist. Typisch mal wieder, irgendwann nachts noch für den Blog zu schreiben. Aber meine Schreiblust entfaltet sich eben lieber nachts als tagsüber. 

I've learned so much in these six months working full-time, I have to admit. The realization will come sometimes later on, I can not think of anything right now, maybe because its past midnight. Typical me, writing on my blog in the middle of the night.

"Theres always another window you can let light in. It may be cloudy..but for how long?"

Weißt du wie es ist, wenn man etwas versucht und es nicht schafft? Du versuchst es noch mal, weil, man gibt ja nicht auf. Es klappt nicht. Du versuchst es noch Mal. Es klappt immer noch nicht. Du verstehst nicht wieso. Du verstehst nicht, warum ausgerechnet DU versagst. Wieso trifft es nicht jemand anderen? Warum musst DU durch diese scheiße gehen und wieso bekommst du auf all deine Fragen keine Antwort? Keine Hilfe? Wieso wirst du so im Stich gelassen, nach all deiner Hoffnung?

Do you know how it is, when you try something and it won't work? You try again, because, well you don't give up. It won't work. You try again. It still won't work. And you don't understand why. You don't understand why its you, you do YOU fail? Why is it not someone else? Why do YOU have to go through all of this and why are you not getting any answers to your prayers? Why are you let high and dry after all this hope?

Man sagt, für alles was passiert, gibst es einen Grund. Versuch nicht den Grund heraus zu finden. Bald, wenn alles wieder gut ist, wirst du auf diese Zeit deines Lebens zurück schauen und so froh sein, dass du nie aufgegeben hast.

They say theres always a reason. Don't look for the reason why. Soon, when everything is well, you are gonna look back to that time of your life and be so glad you never gave up.

Das Leben bietet so viel, so viele Möglichkeiten und so viele Menschen, die zu dir stehen, dir helfen, dich unterstützen und dich stärken. Sein dankbar für diese Menschen, denn durch diese spricht er zu dir. Wer Glauben hat, hat auch Hoffnung. Und wer hoffen kann, hat nie aufgegeben.

Life is giving you so much, so many opportunities and so many people, who stand by you, help you and make you stronger. Be thankful for these people because he is speaking through them. If you have faith, you have hope. And if you hope, you haven't gave up yet.

Ich weiß, dass sich viele in diese Situation hineinversetzen können und genau deshalb habe ich entschieden einfach diese Gedanken auszuschreiben. 

I know a lot of people go through the same thing and this is why I decided to write my thoughts down.

Morgen kommen die Weisheitszähne raus. Wünscht mir Glück. Ich hasse Spritzen 😖

Hoffentlich gibts beim nächsten Mal ein etwas "more happy" Thema.

Hopefully there will be a more happy subject to write about next time.
